Making the Most of Your Visit

We ask that you arrive for your treatments a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time for you to get checked in and start your treatments on time. You are welcome to come earlier to enjoy our mineral pool, two hot tubs, bocce courts, and picnic area. Access to these amenities is included for an hour before and after your spa treatments.

You will get undressed in your treatment room and be provided with a robe and mesh bag to hold your belongings. You will keep your things with you throughout your treatment. We do not have locker rooms, but we do have small lockers available in our pool area on a first come first serve basis. Our locker space is small, and during peak times they may all be occupied. We are happy to hold extra belongings for you at the front desk.

The Mud Bath Experience is traditionally done in the nude. You are welcome to wear a swimsuit, just keep in mind it could get stained. We have disposable bottoms available in the treatment rooms which you can wear into the Mud Bath. You will not have any privacy from the person you book your Mud Bath Experience with, as you share a shower area once you get out of the Mud, and the mineral soak. Prepare for your comfort accordingly.

We have robes, towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We have shower rooms available for you to get ready after your spa treatments. Any additional personal care products you need, please bring them with you!

The Mud Bath Experience is a heat treatment and is not recommended for anyone with high or low blood pressure, diabetes, guests undergoing chemotherapy, or women during pregnancy.

Guests must be able to get in and out of the Mud Bath tub without our assistance. Guests with limited mobility are recommended to bring an aid (for example a family member or caretaker) to help them. Our staff cannot physically lift or provide weight-baring assistance for a guest getting into, or out of the tub.

If you have mobility limitations and are not able to climb stairs, please let us know when booking your reservation so we ensure you are kept downstairs for all your treatments.

Do not undergo spa treatments at Golden Haven Spa while under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol. If a guest appears to be under the influence, we reserve the right to refuse service. The Mud Bath Experience is a deep heat treatment, and the health and safety of our guests and team is of utmost importance to us.

Please keep well hydrated, and makes sure to have eaten before arriving.

Please be aware of our 72-hours cancellation policy. We have this in place to respect the time of our other guests and our providers. Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointments, or cancel the same day will be charged the full treatment price. We hold the time and place just for you!

Our prices do not include gratuity. Gratuity is encouraged but not required and left to your discretion. Standard service industry tip amounts are generally what we see. Tips can be left via credit card or cash.

Age Requirements for Services:

Massage:
Guests must be 18 years or older to receive a Massage.

Mud Bath Experience:
Guests must be over the age of 18. We make an exception for guests who are 16 and 17 years old with the condition that they are over 100lbs, and have a parent or guardian present during their treatment.
